Background: Metastatic upper tract urothelial carcinoma (mUTUC) is a malignant cancer associated with poor prognosis. Few studies have investigated the clinical outcome of recently developed combination regimen programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) inhibitor plus nab-paclitaxel in mUTUC.
